Junior Project Manager eng/pl - Białystok

Do you want to become a great Project Manager?

We are looking for a young and ambitious person to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. 

We welcome experienced candidates but also talented fresh graduates with an interest in project management. 

All necessary trainings provided!

Responsibilities

- Being the first point of contact for our existing clients and project stakeholders worldwide;
- Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions, ensuring the quality of workflow;- Provide developers with customers’ feedback;
- Assist in project management and report on the project's performance;
- Analyze customers’ needs and suggest improvements ;
- Preparing estimations with the team;
- Working with the sales department to help winning new business and increasing sales.

Requirements

- Fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written;
- Minimum intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good time-management and organizational abilities under time pressure and multitasking;
- “Can do” attitude, proactivity, and ability to work independently;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- A Bachelor´s (or equivalent/higher) degree;
- Self-driven and motivated ;
- Basic knowledge of front-end / JavaScript development - nice to have;
- Being friendly, kind, and smile a lot :)
